PROPOSED OUTBUILDING - 581 (LOT 319) DAVID ROAD, WHITE PEAK

The Shire of Chapman Valley has received an application for a 360m² outbuilding at 581 (Lot 319) David Road, White Peak, comprising an enclosed area of 240m² and an unenclosed area of 120m²

The Shire of Chapman Valley ‘Outbuildings’ Local Planning Policy sets the maximum total enclosed area in the ‘Rural Residential’ zone as being 240m², but with allowance for consideration of an additional 120m² (unenclosed) area (total area 360m²), subject to the advertising of the application for comment.

The Outbuildings Policy also sets the maximum height for a shed in the ‘Rural Residential’ zone as being 5.5m and the proposed shed would have a gable height of 5.66m.
