Police Licensing

Police Licensing can be done at the Shire office between 9.00am and 3.00pm daily.

Access to DoT Direct and register to receive a free personalised account where you can manage all information relating to your personal vehicle licence and drivers licence, as well pay all bills associated with these licences.  There is also temporary movement of vehicle permits available.

Please Note: Firearms Licences are no longer able to be received by the Shire.

Discontinued Vehicle Inspection Service

The Department of Transport (DoT) has advised Council of the minimum qualification for staff to provide vehicle inspection services as an Authorised Vehicle Examiner (AVE) on their behalf.  As Shire staff do not have all the minimum qualifications as stipulated by DoT to perform the task as an AVE on their behalf Council has resolved to discontinue this service, effective from the 30 June 2017.
