ANNUAL ELECTORS MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Chapman Valley is to be held on Thursday 21 March commencing at 5:00pm at the Council Chambers, 3270 Chapman Valley Road, Nabawa 6532.

The order of business will be:

• Confirmation of minutes from previous Annual Electors Meeting held on Monday 6 February 2023
• Receiving of 2022/2023 Annual Report which includes:
  2022/2023 Financial Statements
  2022/2023 Audit Report
  Presidents Report
  Chief Executive Officers Report
• General Business

A copy of the 2022/2023 Annual Report containing the above information is available on the Shires website www.chapmanvalley.wa.gov.au or from the Shire Office.
