ANNUAL ELECTORS MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Chapman Valley is to be held on Monday 17 February commencing at 6:00pm at the Council Chambers, 3270 Chapman Valley Road, Nabawa 6532.

The order of business will be:

• Confirmation of minutes from previous Annual Electors Meeting held on Thursday 21 March 2024
• Receiving of 2023/2024 Annual Report which includes:
  2023/2024 Financial Statements
  2023/2024 Audit Report
  Presidents Report
  Chief Executive Officers Report
• General Business
